While we get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Please understand that if you are unable to make your appointment, a 48 Hour Notice is required for all cancellations and/or reschedules. Any cancellation after 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. Any cancellation after 24 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
